Good afternoon 

The first thing you are going to notice about Write That Book Masterclass is that it’s a little more relaxed than the pop-up. 

 

Having said that, wrestling sharks with laser beams strapped to their heads would be more relaxing than the pop up!

 

By now you should have received two emails. 

One welcoming you to Masterclass and another giving the dates of events and a whole bunch of other information. That is the one you should read slowly and several times. 
 

This one is your third. 

 

You will have been invited to join the Private Facebook Group, if you haven’t joined yet, it’s here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/wtbmcwinter21 

I know that not everyone will want to join the Facebook Group and that's cool. 

 

I think we have around 116 people on this Masterclass which is a perfect number. And a really good mix between new and alumni members. 

 

Tomorrow, I’m going to set a light pre-start challenge on the Facebook Group. A fun way to get to know each other a little. 

A few FAQ's

It’s probably worth pointing out a couple of blindingly obvious things. Because what may be obvious to me may not be so to you. 

This is also a good way to reframe what I’m about to share so you don’t think I’m being a patronising pillock 😉

 

These mailings go to everyone on Masterclass, so if you have sent a message saying you can’t attended a live you will still receive a reminder etc about the live. We’re unable to personalise everyone’s messages. 

 

If you want to ask a question, please ask it in the Facebook Group and ‘tag me’ if you think I can help using @MichaelHeppellPro. I’ll see it. 

This is also a great way to educate 116 people, whereas if you message me and respond directly to you, then we’ve only educated 1.
 

We’re already getting members saying they haven’t received something, then after checking their junk email and it’s there. Or using two or more email addresses and believing they haven’t been sent something.

That’s all good and we will fix everything this week if there is a challenge, but please could you check your junk emails etc before assuming something hasn’t been sent? Thank you 😀

 

 

Techie Stuff 

As you can imagine, we have different people at vastly different levels of technical expertise. We will take things nice and slowly, we’ll help with technical stuff as much as possible, but could you also practice asking The Google. You can share your results on the FB page – yes we do allow external links!
