We hope everything will run smoothly tonight, but if for some reason you don’t automatically get assigned to a Zoom room for the break-out sessions then you'll need to manually choose your room. You are in:

Please switch your camera on and mic off.

If you have to choose between Camera or Audio, please choose Audio. In the breakout rooms you will need to be able to talk.

Please don't sign in twice. If you have a problem, sign out and rejoin the meeting.

You'll need a notepad and pen.
