This is Jill Morris. Author of
The Big Fix.
When she joined my 5-day
challenge I knew she was going to write a brilliant book. And she did. Jill has ‘it’.
You know (in the spirit of these messages) that I’m about to reveal what I believe ‘it’ is.
But just pause for a second. Can
you guess?
I’m deliberately going to slow down.
.
.
.
.
Because
.
.
.
.
I don’t want you
.
.
.
.
to think
.
.
.
.
that what I am about share
.
.
.
.
is trivial.
.
.
.
.
And because you scrolled this far,
.
.
.
.
.
it probably means you…
.
.
.
.
have ‘it’ too.
.
.
.
.
The ‘it’ is…
.
.
.
curiosity
Wanting to learn.
Being
prepared to ask the questions.
To dig deep.
Follow the
trail.
That’s often the difference between someone who says they want
to write and publish their book and those who do.
The ‘wanters’ quit when they stop being
curious.
When they stop questioning.
And pack in thinking.
Then the dream fades.
For others, the ones with the ‘it’, the opposite is true.
They ask.
Read.
Write.
Discover.
Are you curious?
Would you like to know exactly what to do to write, publish and sell your book?
Next week my last ever Write That Book Challenge begins.
Tomorrow the pop up group opens.
If you’ve joined already, I can’t wait to hear what your curious mind wants to know.
If you haven’t joined, then get curious.
A wee from now you'll know.
