So many wonderful things to share today. Let’s get cracking.
#CoverStory continues to impress. Remember any post will work. Canva is not the only way to create a design. I love that some members have just drawn their idea, taken a pic and posted it. Perfect!
And speaking of Canva. If you do sign up it is FREE
and you shouldn’t have to give a credit card number. That is only for a trial of the Premium product.
Ask Me Anything
Tonight at 6pm I’m hosting a special Q&A in the Facebook Group. We’ll ping an email as close to 6pm as possible with the live link. Or just hit refresh!
You can ask questions live, or if you’d like to ask something in advance or anonymously reply to this email, ask your question and do let me know if you’d like to
remain anonymous.
I already have questions about; routes to print, working with agents and a bunch of others.
It’s going to be great.
I’ll have wine 🍷
Monday’s Final Webinar
I’m delighted that most members of the Group have now registered. If you’re one of the last few, or you can’t remember, please register now.

Next
Week
Even though the Challenge finishes on Monday evening, we keep the pop-up going for
the rest of the week.
We will have 3 more live sessions, all designed to help and support you – but with no homework - phew!
On Tuesday several members of our Admin Team are going to share their stories of how they managed to write, publish and sell their books. This information is gold.
On Wednesday Matthew Bird is going to join me and share tools to help you understand the publishing process. From Amazon to short-run prints, full-colour hardbacks to simple print paperbacks Matt will give advice.
On Thursday I host a special final session.
What happens to the Pop-up?
When we end the Pop-up next Sunday we will archive the group. That means all the videos and posts will remain for members, but you will be unable to add content.
A few members have asked if there will be a spin-off group where we can stay in touch. The good news… there already is. It’s called How to Be Brilliant and we have close to 5,000 members.
It’s the beacon of positivity, lots of sharing takes place
and when fellow members of this Challenge publish that’s where you’ll find them posting a pic complete with a massive grin proudly holding their book.
We don’t allow the promotion of other groups and events in the Write That Book
Challenge as it becomes confusing for members. The only official free Facebook group we support is How to Be Brilliant.
Write That Bookshop
And finally. Please take a look at the new Write That Bookshop. There are
so many fantastic books in there. Will yours be next?
