All these matter to make sure you Launch That Book.

Create your own personalised ultimate publishing formula.
Pick a launch date for your book and work things back.
Remember it's a plan to prepare you for
what needs to be done.
But don't get bogged down with the detail.
The main FOCUS needs to be on writing, in the early stages.
