You did everything that was expected, on time and fulfilled your customer's needs. You've ticked the boxes. You did all of the above with style. It flowed and appeared effortless, your customer is totally satisfied. You've offered great service. You did all of the above AND you really cared. You showed your customer that you understand them as individuals. You are on their side and it was your pleasure to look after them. That's hospitality. |
