Connection timed out

| 'Connection timed out' was the message on the screen. After the third attempt to download the file, I'd almost given up. But I'm a tenacious sod and the prospect of my pitiful broadband connection getting the better of me spurred me on. Then, on the fourth attempt I was successful. I wonder how many of my relationships have dwindled because the 'connection timed out'? Now I bet you're thinking the same. Business partnerships, great mates and even family members. Connections, if they aren't worked on, they time out. As humans we are hard-wired to want to connect. You know this, your customers know this, so why do so many businesses have connection so low on their list?
