A free hour for every reader

Published: Fri, 10/26/12

This weekend I'll guarantee you can save an hour. Not just because the clocks go back but by doing just one of these three things you'll find a vital 60 minutes to do something you really love or to do that thing you've been putting off.

Choose one:

Don't visit Facebook. The average Facebook user spends 20 plus minutes a day on the site. Honestly, if you don't go on again until the beginning of next week no one will miss you.

Have five 'focus fifteens'. If you're a procrastinator take a couple of minutes to plan 5 actions you've been putting off. Write them down, then over the next day or so have five bouts of fifteen minutes focusing entirely on that action. No distractions, nothing else, just get it started and get it done.

Say no and move faster. Say no to putting things off, say no to time wasters, say no to trashy TV. Up your pace by 20% (don't drive faster!) and move more swiftly. You'll feel fitter and you'll be surprised what you can achieve. You can save hours whilst shopping by literally moving faster.

So there's three to get you started.

Did you know I wrote a book called How to Save An Hour Every Day? And I guaranteed it. A first of its kind. I basically said if you buy the book, use the ideas and don't save an hour a day I'll give you your money back. In the 18 months since publication we've had about a dozen returned.

So here's something to celebrate this weekend when the clocks go back and you get an extra hour. How about an extra £5 off How to Save An Hour Every Day? That's as close to half price as I can make it. We've got 25 copies in stock and I'll run the offer until Monday or the stock runs out.
