Congratulations to all the organisations who are currently celebrating their listing as a Sunday Times Top 100 Best Company to Work For. Especially to the one's who we are proud to list as our clients. Getting into the list requires commitment to your staff way beyond what is expected. It means delivering on your promises; day after day, week after week, month after month. It means really listening, acting and improving. It means a commitment to training, coaching and developing way beyond induction and a health and safety briefing. Could you do it? Have you done it? Would you like to do it? Here are a couple of examples from two of the top 100 companies we have been working with over the last few years. |
