Why I hate Tim Brownson

Published: Tue, 01/08/13

And with good reason:

1) Tim is one of those people who writes really great blogs every other day when I only manage to write something every couple of weeks.

2) His posts on Facebook get hundreds of likes when mine get a handful.

3) His tweets get re-tweeted around the world when I'm not sure if mine are being read.

4) And he chooses to live in Florida where it's hot and I live in rural Northumberland where it's not.

Hate him.

And just to rub salt in the wound he's written a new book called '70 Amazing Facts About Your Brain - and Why It Does Weird Things'. He sent me a complimentary copy just before Christmas. I did my best not to read it (I was raging with jealousy that I didn't think of the idea) but typically I ended picking it up and not being able to put it down.

I spent most of Christmas and New Year prefixing my conversations with the immortal 'Did you know...?' before going on to share another amazing brain fact.

But that's not why I hate Tim. You see I'm an author who loves that fact that lots of people buy my books. Then Tim tells me that before his new brain book goes on sale the readers of my newsletter can download a free copy. How does that get us out of the global recession? You can see why I hate the chap.

Now that puts me in a quandary. Because I now f
eel obliged to let you know that you can get a free copy of Tim's book which is launched today. You just need to go here and claim the prize.

Oh and one more thing I hate about Tim is his generosity. When I suggested he was doing this to build his mailing list, he told me that you don't have to leave your email address to get the book - just download it.

Please don't tell Tim this but I hate his newsletter. I hate it as every time a new one arrives it makes me think, question and learn. And it's bloody well written, funny and has cartoons. So while you're getting his book you should sign up for his newsletter too. There I said it!

OK you got me. Replace all the Hates in this message with LOVE and you'll see why I think you should grab Tim's book '70 Amazing Facts About Your Brain - and Why It Does Weird Things' today.

It won't cost you a penny and you too can learn facts such as the slowest speed information passes around your brain, why only 2.5% of people can effectively multi-task and 68 more. Plus the clever fella has added loads of learning and ways you boost your own brain power.

Grab it now, just click here and you know the rest.

Be Brilliant!

Michael
