On 1st October leaders from a wide range of organisations from Sainsburys to Virgin, BMW to Kensington Palace joined me when I launched a new programme for people who are genuinely passionate about customer service.

If you like what I'm saying and want to know more about our Hearts and Minds programme I'm hosting two special video conferences on Tuesday 29th October at 12 noon and 7pm GMT.  They'll last for around 50 minutes.

I'll give you a whole bunch of thoughts and ideas including; why I think 90% of customer service training is a waste of time, the biggest mistake most organisations are making in their service offering and, most importantly, I'll share with you what you can do about it.

I'll also give details of the new programme we launched on the day and explain how you can get involved.
