My latest book The Edge: How the Best Get Better has been shortlisted for the prestigious 'Management Book of the Year'.
The award, which is presented by The Chartered Management Institute and the British Library, recognises the best management books published in the UK.
I must say I'm chuffed. The Edge
took me four years to research and write. I've been passionate about sharing with people simple tools and techniques which are guaranteed to get results and The Edge is packed with ideas to do just that.
