The Secrets of Confident People

I have a 'lads lunch' every couple of months with a great friend, Richard Nugent.

About a year ago he was asked to write a book revealing the secrets of confident people. Cool subject, eh?

Richard could have regurgitated a whole bunch of old stuff on building confidence, and I'm sure the book would have been just fine, but that's not Mr Nugent's style.

He's one of those people, (I think you'd call him meticulous), who, when he takes on a project he puts his all (and some) into it.

He researches, interviews, writes and re-writes until eventually he's sickened himself - then he does a bit more.  That's not a negative; he sickens himself so he can delight the reader.

His new book, The Secrets of Confident People, is published tomorrow. You can order it online or pick up a copy at all good (remaining?) book-shops.  Here's an (affiliate) link if you'd like to buy it.

Exclusive Interview With Richard

Here's something a little special just for you.

I interviewed Richard about his book, the thinking behind it, and for some of the 50 Secrets he reveals. It was enlightening.

You can listen and download it here.

I learned masses during the interview and even more by reading the book, so that's why I'm recommending you do the same.

Be Brilliant!
