I know this to be true.
Famous people do receive better service than the rest of us ordinary folk.
I know a couple of well known people. One, described as an 'A Lister', turns heads when she walks into a
restaurant.
And the service? It always moves up a notch or two.
I know this because I've visited the same restaurant with and without said celeb and the service is different.
Last week I was working with 150 pub managers from Heartlands, part of Mitchells and Butlers. We had a brilliant day.
You can see what they thought here. http://www.michaelheppell.com/feedback-from-mitchells-and-butlers/
One of the highlights for me came when Sophie, who sat in the front row (no coincidence), made a brilliant comment.
'We should treat our customers like they are famous'.
Superb!
Just stop for 10 seconds and answer these three questions
1) Which famous person do you really admire?
2) What would you do for them if they were your customer?
3) What stops you from doing that for all of your customers?
5 Star Service. Simple - but
not easy.
Be Brilliant!
