Sorry About The Glitch Yesterday
And thank you to the people who pointed out that yesterday’s blog post had a hiccup on one of the links.
Typically, being a technical duffer, it was the one where I said you could ‘download’ the free e-chapter of 5 Star Service.
Apparently I should have said, you can ‘read an online version’ of the opening chapter of
5 Star Service, downloading means something else.
