By now, you’ll know that this week I’m promoting my audio mental architecture programme, White Island.
Lots of people have bought and downloaded White Island and we’ve also had a bunch of questions.
Some are queries I would never have thought of (a few of them are unexpected - no I can't be certain that White Island will help you to attract a new boyfriend); but I’ve enjoyed responding to them all.
Last night, my clever wife asked and obvious question, ‘Why don’t you just send the top questions and answers to the people who have shown an interest in White Island?’
The obvious isn’t always that obvious to me.
She was, of course, correct. So here’s a condensed version of the questions I’ve been asked about White Island over that last few days.
Does it work?
Yes! Well I would say that; but so would over 2,000 people who have used the original stand-alone programme and tens of thousands more who have been introduced to and used White Island at my courses.
How do I listen?
You will access the programme via Kajabi (see below) and then download MP3 Audio files. There are lots of different ways to play MP3’s – ask the The Google.
How will White Island help me to sleep?
You can either learn the White Island Sleep Sequence and apply it yourself when going to bed. Or, just play the White Island for Sleep audio when you're ready and you will drift into a deep, relaxing sleep. The best sleep you will have had in years.
I’m busy, how long does it take?
The introduction lasts for just 3 mins 46 secs
Creating White Island takes around 20 mins (you’ll only do this only once)
The 4 main programmes last between 12–15 mins (only do them one at a time)
The Power of Breathing Bonus is 35 mins (again, just listen once)
Is it hypnotism?
No. Some people have experienced a trance like state when listening to White Island - but it’s not hypnotism. Having said that, you should definitely not listen to White Island while driving or operating heavy machinery.
What if it doesn’t work?
If you test White Island and you don’t get the results you’d hoped for, then let me know and I’ll give you a refund. I guarantee everything.
What if I don’t like it?
See above
Why Kajabi and not Audible?
We’ve been using Kajabi as a learning platform for the last few months and it’s brilliant. The best part is the control I can maintain as the creator of the programme.
Having said all of that, and following an email I’ve received from Jeffrey Gitomer, I think I’m going to have to pull this offer soon. Srab it now.
Jeffery's message is the subject of tomorrow’s newsletter.
PS If you have a question which I haven’t answered, then please reply to this email, I'm here.
