VERY IMPORTANT
The BIG/HUGE/MAHOOSSIVE learning was that you MUST log in to Zoom on Monday with the same email address you are using for the rest of Masterclass.

If in doubt that's the one this email was sent to.

I really can't stress to you just how important this is. If you'd like to know why and you have a minute then go to bottom of this email and I'll explain the detail.

If you can't be faffed (and I wouldn't blame you) then just please make sure you use the right email address.

 

Second Bit Of Learning

Because this is closed group for security we have to let you in to Zoom from a waiting room. It was very frustrating for participants starting a session at 6pm and participants then turning up late, right up to 6.10 pm.

We will start on Monday on time at 6pm.  

Could I suggest you log in at least 5 minutes beforehand to ensure your technology is working and we're ready to start.  There's a waiting room. 

 

If you should arrive after 6pm, like the Theatre, we'll let you in at the first suitable point. We believe this is fair on the people who do arrive on time. 

 

The session will last for between 60 and 90 minutes. Ensure you have a pen and paper and you’re ready to fully participate. 

You will also be introduced to your fellow Mastermind Group members. So brush your teeth. 

It's going yo be great session and I can't wait to start building the jigsaw with you.

So why use one email address?

 

Email addresses are unique.  That means we can create breakout rooms in advance on Zoom, track your progress on Kajabi, send you emails from Aweber (our database) and let you in to the private Facebook group safely and securely. 

It may not seem like an issue if a different email address is used, but if this happens we have to manually change things. With 70 plus members of the Masterclass you will appreciate if one in ten participants uses a different email address we end up with 7 people who have to manually moved in to a Zoom Break out room for a discussion.  If each one takes 60 seconds that's a seven minute wait for the last person. A real challenge if you are having a 10 minute break out.

If you have any doubts message me asap. This is the last chance to check as we won't be able to change the group set up after we go live on Monday.
