Can you believe it... this time next week you’ll be receiving your last 17 email?
What started as a simple idea to give a boost for the second half of 2020 has turned into quite something...
Thanks to you.
Weekends are often an opportunity just to kickback and recharge.
And yes! That’s what they should be.
However, as well as a chance to kickback they can also present a perfect opportunity to set (you) back.
When he was a fitness instructor, my mate Paul Mort used to call Saturdays - ‘Fatterdays’.
He saw people work really hard from Monday to Friday and then, over two days, reverse all of that effort.
The fact is, everyone can self-sabotage at one level or another.
My challenge to you is to use this weekend as an oomph in your 17 journey.

Think – I have no idea how it will develop. I’ve never done anything like it before.
