I’m like a kid before Christmas. We officially start tomorrow at 7pm with the first Live Group Zoom Training!
I’m so excited and I just can’t hide it.
You know in many countries the celebrations really start on Christmas Eve? That’s tonight!
Yes, at 7pm, we a having Zoom School.
It’s your chance to make sure all the widgets are working and you know the difference between a break-out room and a chat-box.
It should only take about half an hour. This is the link to join:
Here are few things you can do to make sure you Zoom along smoothly.
1. Make
sure you have a Zoom account – it’s free. This means you will only have to log in once. And please ensure it is for the email address you use for Masterclass. You can check to see if you have a Zoom account here: https://zoom.us/freesignup/ If don’t have one, join
now.
2. Check you can use MY Masterclass Zoom room. Give the this
link a click.

Don’t worry you won’t surprise me. You’ll log in and just see a message saying something about waiting for the meeting to
start.
3. Use
your best bit of kit. If you have a computer with a camera, use that. If you don’t, use your tablet. If you don’t have either - then use your phone.
4. Use
the Zoom App. If you feel confident installing an app on to your computer, tablet etc then go for and use it. You can download it here. https://zoom.us/support/download
5. And
speaking of downloads, if you have used Zoom before make sure you are using the latest version. Again, use that downloads link.
6. Get
there early. The waiting room will be open from 6.50 for every live event. It’s not the most exciting thing to look at computer screen for ten minutes. But it does mean you won’t be the one faffing about at 7pm trying to log in and wishing you’d done it earlier.
7. USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS! I think I might have said that :)
7.5 Don't panic. If you are a little scared of technology please don't worry. We've taken hundreds of people through this process and have a 100% success record.
