You know I love 17 ; the number, the TEAM, the day.

But I’m not fanatical. And after several lovely TEAM17 members explained that 6pm this Day 17 would be sunny, 26 degrees and probably a rare Saturday summer’s evening*, I had to ask.

‘Why couldn’t we do Day 17 on the Monday 19^th?’ 

Interestingly the main driver was ego. Always having Day 17 on the 17th was more about how I would feel if we moved one rather than the benefits for the group as a whole. 

And that’s not right. 

Something I am good at (and Christine will confirm this – much to her surprise) is my ability to have my mind changed. This is different from changing one’s mind.

New information = new facts. New facts = new decisions. 

This is basically a long way of saying I’m pretty sure 90% of TEAM17 would rather enjoy some UK sunshine on a Saturday at 6pm than sitting in front of a Zoom. No matter how entertaining and interesting that Zoom might be!

DAY 17 is being moved (once) to Monday 19^th. Still 6pm.
