This is Day 3 of the Write That Book Pop-Up and Challenge. 

It’s the fourth time I’ve hosted this event. I'm a bit geeky so I thought I would review what happened on the last three events to see if I can predict what will happen on this one. 

 

The data doesn’t lie. 

I predict (because it always happens) there will be three distinct groups:

Participators

Observers

Excusers 

The Participators dive in. They know the power of a group with 1,000+ members who are enthusiastic about helping each other to write, publish and sell their books. 

Clever participators understand that a bit of effort now will pay off ten-fold in the weeks and months to come. 

 

Observers take it all in. They’re on the periphery. Watching, learning, thinking. They often dive in later and if they drop behind a little? They’re relaxed… they’ve read the information and know they can catch up (usually here).

 

Then there’s the Excusers. That’s not you . They won’t have opened this email! 😂

They want to write a book, they’d like to publish a book, they’d love to sell their book - they just don’t want to do the work. 

Like running a marathon without the training. 

 

And Wednesday is traditionally the day when members (subconsciously) choose. 

Participator, Observer or Excuser?
