Next Monday we're launching a fun new challenge. I've hinted and talked about it on DAY17 so it may not be a big surprise.

MAPs and Accountability Groups

I've been hearing great things about the accountability groups.

It's brilliant seeing everyone getting involved.

Menopause Cafe

I've been told the session with Rachel Graham was outstanding. She shared tons of info to help women eat better through their menopause.
