It's lovely to see the lighter days coming back. I feel an instant boost. 

Speaking of boosts... I'm still on a high from last weekend.

It's made me realise how important it is for us to spend time together.

It's slightly freaking me out - but we've had 17 new members join us since December. I love this. The number 17 follows us everywhere.

March 17th is St Patrick's Day and Red Nose Day rolled into one.

The theme for the session will be FUN!

Red Noses allowed, but not essential.

Accountability Group

Marek Kubiakowski hosted the final fab session last week to help Conquer the Fear of Public Speaking. You can watch the replay here.

Marek has given 8 weeks of his time. Thank you for being brilliant.

Stream 17

John Needham's third Qi Gong Stream Session is coming up soon.
