What an exciting couple of weeks in TEAM17! I'm really looking forward to catching up with many of you in person in the next few weeks and months and hopefully catch up online with many others.

I want to focus this week on what you need to do to move forward, and what things you may need to leave behind to do that.

When I worked in planning in manufacturing my role often involved measuring a company's capacity against it's workload. Many companies let their load exceed available capacity (sometimes accidentally, sometimes deliberately), which usually meant disappointing customers. I believe people also do this, by taking on more commitments than they are capable of achieving in a given time. There are actions companies can take to solve this situation and I'm sure there are actions people can take as well.

The response to DAY17 has been incredible.

We've already sold more tickets for Durham than we did for London and the public sale hasn't even started... yet.

But tickets to the public will go on sale this Thursday.
