Andreea here. It’s such an honour to not only take over this week, but to be the host of this month’s DAY17. I just got chills writing that.
The theme for this week is Setting Intentions.
It’s a simple way to take control of your emotions, your time or your projects, even when you don’t have well-defined goals. It’s not about achieving, but about going to bed knowing you got exactly what you wanted out of your day.
Every morning, I would like to challenge you to think through the events
of the day and set an intention.
It can be something you want to do.
But it can also be about how you want to feel during a certain activity. How you want to react to a certain trigger.
How you want to show up when you meet a certain person.
Or what exactly you want to get out of a certain meeting.
Setting the intention and reminding yourself will help you feel more fulfilled and productive, even
if it’s not about doing, but about being.
