January Motivation 

To start 2024, we wanted to give TEAM17 a treat for January.

We would love 31 volunteers to help fill the TEAM17 Facebook Group with motivation every day in January with a post, a photo, a quote, a video... or even a live if you're feeling daring. The only rule is a post has to be a max of 117 words and a video has to be a max of 1min 17 seconds.

It would be great if you could do the post in the morning, so we have a boost to start our day. When you post please use #MoreFrom24

The zoom link to join Lizzie each month will be sent out in January.

The first session will be called A winter walk in the woods.

Looking at foliage, forms, mood and light. A list of materials so you are able to join. A white canvas or acrylic paper. Acrylic paint (minimum colours - white, black, red, blue, yellow). A collection of interesting paper for a collage (found in magazines, old wrapping paper, old journals, anything). Please come along and have fun.
