As part of the Over The Line Podium Program, we are inviting you to put your name forward as a 🔥Hot Seat🔥 participant.

A 🔥Hot Seat🔥 session means you will submit your specific challenge and then benefit from the combined wisdom of the group to help you with solutions. 

It doesn't mean you must do what the group suggests, but it will mean you will have a plethora of ideas that you can work on.

The 🔥Hot Seat🔥 sessions will take place in the Zoom sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and are exclusively for Podium members.

If you would like to apply to be a 🔥Hot Seat🔥 participant here's what I need you to do.

Reply to this e-mail with a brief (must be less than 50 words) description of your challenge and what you would like the group to help with. 

We need this by Monday evening so we can plan the 🔥Hot Seat🔥 sessions for the rest of the week.

You’ll appreciate that as much as we would like to give everyone a chance in the 🔥Hot Seat🔥 we may need to select participants and challenges that will benefit the whole group and remove duplication.
