break. This rhythm helps maintain high productivity levels without feeling overwhelmed. After four sprints, take a longer break.
Self-Care: Finally, remember to take care of yourself. Adequate sleep, a healthy diet, and regular exercise are crucial for maintaining mental clarity and resilience. When you feel good physically, you’re better equipped to handle stress and stay
