Last night I closed the Invisible Hat campaign and I wanted to thank you for being part of something quietly* special.
By buying an invisible hat, you’ve helped turn a
year of knitting by Liz and Betty into real warmth for people who need it.
In total, and with a final push from the Consett Methodist Church carol service, we’ve raised an amazing £3,200!
Your donation has
been passed on to The People’s Kitchen, helping provide food, clothing and comfort to those facing tough times and the Changing Lives MET team, who are dealing, on the front line, every day with rough sleepers.
